93o Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement that applies to the use of the 93o platform and its services. By accessing or using the 93o website, mobile version, or any related platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 93o's services.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to 93o's website, applications, and all related services.
• "User" refers to any person who has created an account on 93o or is using the services.
• "Bet" refers to participation in any gaming or betting activity.
• "Funds" refers to money deposited into a user's account.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits or promotional benefits provided by 93o.

To create an account on 93o and use the services, a user must meet the following eligibility criteria:

2.1 Age Requirement

93o's services are open only to those aged 21 or above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. 93o may request a copy of your identity document at any time to verify your age. Providing a false age will result in the immediate closure of the account and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Running multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete.
• Name, date of birth, and contact details must be truthful.
• If any information changes, 93o support must be notified immediately.
• Providing false information will result in the account being closed.

You are fully responsible for the security of your 93o account. Please follow the security guidelines below:

• Never share your login details (username and password) with anyone else.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify support immediately.
• Avoid logging in on public computers or unsecured networks.
• Transferring or renting your account to a third party is prohibited.

The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out from the account. 93o will not be held liable if the account is accessed by a third party.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 93o is ৳200 (two hundred Bangladeshi taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Deposited funds will be added to the account after verification through the relevant payment method.
• No additional charges are applied for deposits, however the payment provider's own charges may apply.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Successfully verified requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions.

93o's welcome bonus is up to 200% on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The following terms must be met to claim the bonus:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must meet a 15x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳2,000 in bonus — total balance ৳3,000; or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 in bonus — total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus can be received per account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirements are met.
• 93o reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only.

The following rules apply to gaming activities on the 93o platform:

6.1 General Betting Rules

• There must be sufficient funds in the account before placing a bet.
• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the funds will be returned.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software or system errors will be considered void.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Specific sports rules apply to sports betting. A separate policy for refunding bets may apply if a match is cancelled or postponed. Live betting relies on real-time data and some bets may be cancelled due to delays.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

Casino game rules are determined in accordance with each game provider's guidelines. Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), which is fully impartial and verifiable.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 93o platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Collusion or coordinating with other players to manipulate games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating or verifying an account by providing false information.
• Placing artificial bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
• Using threats, harassment, or offensive language toward other users or staff.
• Copying 93o's services or using its brand and logo without authorization.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, the account will be immediately closed and funds may be forfeited.

93o reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If documents requested for identity verification are not provided.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• If age verification fails.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.

8.1 Closure at User's Request

If a user wishes to close their account, they can contact us via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected]. All valid funds will be given the opportunity to be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.
